Development Project Services: Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Quantity Surveyors
Formed in 2007, Development Project Services, based in Wolverhampton in the UK, was formed as an extension of local Architects, Building Design Practice who were established in 1962. This was in response to a growing need to project manage various schemes where Architectural Services were not specifically required or where the design had already been carried out to planning or construction stage.
The role of Development Project Services is to manage the project on behalf of the Client, provide cost and contract advice and development consultancy for the scheme which can have a variety of final uses – whether industrial, commercial, residential or leisure. This would encompass the buying or selling of land, due diligence, production, plant and machinery installation.
All Clients, whether private individuals, small or large companies, are catered for, regardless of their project size or complexity.
